Q: I receive the error message "Failed AVS Check" when I try to check-out, what does this mean?
A: This error message suggests that your billing address is not correct, please ensure that you have entered the cardholders' address correctly, you can then enter a separate delivery address if required on the next page.
Q: I am unable to select a delivery method, what is the problem?
A: This normally means that you have not selected a country when entering your delivery address. This is required even for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Q: How do I know what size to buy?
A: Refer to our Product & Size Guide page which should give you all the details you need.
Q: Do you sell larger sizes?
A: We can supply XXXL t-shirts, but only in Black or White. Look at the XXXL Supplement page for further details.
Q: What is the quality of the T-Shirts?
A: The T-Shirts are all good quality 165gsm double-stitched cotton, further details are on our Product & Size Guide page.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Our T-Shirts are usually despatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. (subject to stock). You should receive T-Shirts within 4 working days of receipt of payment. Please see our ‘Delivery & Returns’ page for full details.

Q: Do you ship to overseas countries?
A: Yes, we have customers all over the World. Delivery outside of the UK costs £4.50. Please see our ‘Delivery & Returns ’ page for full details.
Q: Do your designs peel or crack when washed?
A: Wash your garments inside out at a low temperature and there should be no problems.
Q: How do I redeem my Soccerprint Gift Voucher?
A: Add products to your cart as normal. If you have not used your voucher in full then you can use it to pay for postage by selecting the Delivery(voucher paid) option from the Gift Vouchers page, otherwise the relevant delivery cost will still be added at checkout. Once you have added your chosen products to your cart you should enter your voucher code in the "Promotional Code" box. If there is no balance to pay then do not choose the PayPal option, but select Checkout. You should now be able to proceed as normal and enter a delivery address and complete your order.
